Voltage email encryption is currently experiencing issues. Some Email Security Cloud Customers maybe unable to encrypt or decrypt messages using Voltage. Some Email Security Cloud customers maybe unable to encrypt or decrypt messages using Voltage. We are working with Voltage to resolve the issue.
Voltage misconfigured TLS cipher settings during an upgrade, resulting in an outage of their service. The issue was resolved by Voltage at 12:00 BST one Sunday 13th May 2018. Email encryption and decryption should now be working for customers as normal. Further information has been requested from Voltage.
