The cause of the incident has been identified and a resolution is being implemented.

On Saturday 8th July 2017 between 09:00 and 16:00 UTC we performed maintenance on Forcepoint's database infrastructure and services as part of our commitment to delivering secure and highly available Cloud security services to our customers.
As part of this process we identified a degradation of performance of the Forcepoint Cloud Security Portal. This increased page load times for some customers.
We have resolved the route cause of the problem and we apologise for any disruption caused.
